BUTUAN CITY, Feb. 17 (PIA) -- Voters who have registered more
than once even in different places can now be traced by the Commission on
Elections (COMELEC) through the National List of Registered Voters (NLRV), a
computer-based system whose centralized database is stored in COMELEC Central
Office, Manila.
