COMELEC allots 8-hour voting for Bangsamoro law plebiscite

MANILA - The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has alloted eight hours for the voting period for the plebiscite to ratify Republic Act 11054, otherwise known as the Organic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
